TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This application form must be filled completely in english/hindi language in block letter and 100% advance with passport photocopy to be deposited along with the completed form. The original passport must be sent by 15 march 2010 for visa and other formalitities. 2. The itinerary/programme is subject to change without prior notice. 3. Accomodation shall be provided to passenger on twin sharing basis in a 4/5 star hotel in singapore. 4. Passengers are to acide by the laws of singapore, thai land, malaysia and indonesia and the rules and by laws of cruise and passenger defaulting in observing any rules will be excluded form the tour without any reason to be assigned. 5. Passenger shall not carry firearms, unlawful drugs, alcohol, cigarette, eatables and all other items which are banned by the airlines/ cruise and or hotel. Any person found guilty of non- observance of the rules, vishwa shanti seva charitable trust and the tour operators shall not be liable for claim/ compensation for the same. 6. Passenger shall be solely responsible for their suitcase, bags and personal belongings. Visha shanti seva chariable trust and the tour operators shall not be liable for any damage and or loss of the same. 7. Passenger are to report in time at the place assigned failing which the tour will proceed wiyhout the passenger reporting in time. All passenger are to adhere to the given timings of the itinerary. 8. In the event of any passenger not getting visa, vishwa shanti seva charitable trust & the tour operators shall not be held responsible. The amount will be refunded to the passenger ofter all deductions such as visa fees, air ticket, hotel and cruise cancellation charges etc. 9. In case of any casualty/ death in course of the tour vishwa shanti seva charitable trust and the tour operators shall not be responsible for the same but shall if possible provide all necessary assistance to the concerened passengers/family on the cost of the passengers/or his/her family. 10. vishwa shanti seva charitable trust and the tour operators shall not be responsible for the repatriation of remains of the passsenger. In the event any passenger falls ill due to any reason we shall not responsible against any claim for the same. 11. Every passenger shall be allowed 20 kg in the check-in-baggage and i piece hand baggage not exceeding 8 kg. Lenghth plus breadth plus height should not be more than 45”. Anything extra is at actuals and will have to be paid directly to the service provider (cruise/airline) by the passenger. 12. Doctors on call will be available at cost. It is recommended that every passenger carry his/hir own daily medicines provided by their doctors with prescription , which is must otherwise thesame would not be allowed by the authorities. 13. No passenger beyoud the age of 80 years shall be permitted in the tour. Insurance (travel and medical) are a mandatory requirement for all passengers. Up to the age of 70 years on the date of return, the insurance is includes in the cost.Passengers above the age of 70 will have to get the insurance done at an additional cost. 14. The above event can be cancelled due to any unavoidable circumstances like act of god, terrorist act, political issue, ect. In which case vishwa shanti seva charitable trust and the tour operators shall not be responsible for any financial losses or liable for any claims. All rules of the tour handed over by vishwa shanti seva charitable trust to be followed strictly. 15. The cost includes everything i.e. mentioned in the itinerary. Any extra will be chargeable. 16. Any extra sight seeing/service other than provided/mentioned shall be charged at the time of booking. 17. Any increase in visa charges, dollar exchange rates,taxes, cess shall be paid by the passenger over and above the aforesaid amount mentioned inthe broshure/chosen amount. 18. No passenger shall have any claim against vishwa shanti seva charitable trust and the tour operators shall not be responsible for any unutilizes services. 19. Payment 100%at time of boking, which is on first cum first basis. No personal perference will be entertaind. 20. Cancellation rules : 50% Tour cost 30 days prior to departure & 100% after that. 21. 10 photos per person are required whit whit background and size 45mm in length and 35mm in width. Please note scanned photos will be rejected. 22. Any dispute are to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of kolkata.
